First lets meet Kasi and learn some more about her and her Etsy shop:

Tell us about yourself.

My name is Kasi. I live in Provo, Utah, have been married to my best friend for
ten years, and we have four awesome kids. Daniel is our oldest, and he is nine
(!). Emily, our only girl, is seven. Jacob, or Jakey as we like to call him, is five,
and Benson, our baby just turned four! Life is pretty hectic with these four, but
definitely always entertaining.

How did you get started in your craft and selling on Etsy?

I actually started on Etsy by selling photographs. There were so many of my
photographs that made me think of favorite quotes, so I ended up adding a quote
to one, and it sold immediately, so I made more I’ve always been the type
of person to tape up random quotes around my house to inspire me. I love the
power words can have, and love creating a design to showcase those words.

What is your favorite item in your shop & why?

That’s a tough one! I think it probably changes often. This one:

holds a special place in my heart. My oldest is autistic, and he loves this poster.
He actually has the image on a pendant that he wears around his neck every
day.

Do you have a job outside of Etsy?

Besides being a mom? Nope. Between Etsy and my family, I don’t think I could
squeeze anything else in!

What is one thing {NOT person} you can not live without?

My iPhone. Isn’t that sad? But I really couldn’t. I use it for my business
constantly, but it also holds all my notes, calendars, contacts, and of course my
favorite games

What is your guilty pleasure?

Really, really hot baths. Long ones. Like, so long I have to add more hot water
half way through because the original water has cooled down. I read, play games
on my (you guessed it) iPhone, or just relax. Oh, and a Diet Dr. Pepper is a must
to have with me!
