Hi! My name is Niki. I'm a happily married mother of two little ones - Jake (5) and Evie (2). My shop is named for them. :-) We call the great state of Indiana home, where I work full time in the marketing communications field and my husband is co-owner of a music studio where he teaches piano.
How did you get started in your craft and selling on Etsy?
My grandma originally taught me how to crochet when I was young. I picked up the craft again about a year ago and started making items for my family and friends. After exhausting the amount of items I could make for people I knew, I decided to try selling on Etsy so I could continue creating things for other people!
What is your favorite item in your shop & why?
My favorite right now is the baby girl yellow hat with flower. It's simple and sweet, yet still keeps baby girl's head warm. And yellow and gray just look so good together!

Do you have a job outside of Etsy?
I work full time for a company doing marketing and communications work. Crocheting and selling on Etsy are my "hobbies." :-)
What is one thing you can not live without?
My kids - would be lost without their daily doses of smiles and laughter. :-)
What is your guilty pleasure?
Sleep - I don't get enough of it. Any time the chance to nap presents itself, I'm all over it.
Tell us a joke.
A mushroom walks into a bar and asks a woman out on a date. After she turns him down, the mushroom says, "why not? I'm a fun-gi!"
