Tell us a bit about yourself.
Wife of a youth pastor, mommy to a precious baby girl, doggie mama to a spunky English Bulldog, and bowmaker/crafter.

What made you want to become an artist?
I grew up with a mama that loved to do different crafts. As a little girl, I remember her love for cross stitching and basket weaving.

What is your favorite item to create?
Ribbon Sculptures!

What advice would you give to new artists on Etsy?
Don't give up! And renew and post new items as often as possible.

How do you promote your work?
Craft shows, Facebook, Word of Mouth, and Blogs :)

What is the inspiration for your work?
My baby girl, Hensley.

Do you have a job outside of Etsy? How do you handle both?
I substitute teach a couple of days a week and also tutor elementary school children. At times it can be difficult balancing my bow business, family, and part time job(s), but I'm a big "To Do" list person and planner, so I'm able to create and balance everything well.
