I ordered some aromatherapy dough from theapawthecary a while back and didn't want to write about it until I had the chance to use it for some time and see how it worked. 

I got the stress relief dough and headache dough on the go. I ordered these because I get very anxious out of no where a lot of the time and get panic attacks that I can't seem to get under control. I also get really bad headaches a few times a month. I have to say I love the doughs! I really feel that they have helped. I carry them around in Bug's diaper bad so I have them at all times. Whenever I am feeling anxious or feel a little headache coming on I grab it. The combination of kneading the dough and the wonderful scents ease my pain. My pain hasn't totally gone away by using the dough, but it definitely calms it down a lot! 

I was even able to get them made in my color choices.

The only thing is I also have to carry around a small container of play dough for Bug because she gets jealous! :)

I love this shop and hope that you will stop by and take a look around. This shop has organic teething tea for babies and toddlers that I am considering trying too!
