{Mmm, mmm, Mondays} Oatmeal On-the-Go Bars

Well, Bug just loves oatmeal! She would eat it every single day if I gave it to her. When I came across this recipe on Weelicious I knew I had to try it! It was super easy to make and Bug absolutely loves them! She calls them cookies and who am I to correct her. Every time she asks for a cookie she gets a healthy snack! Score!
