Sorry about the Meal Plan delay, I wasn't feeling well this weekend and was out all day. Better late than never...right?
Meal Plan for next week, June 20th - June 24th
If you have been following along, lots of these should already be made and in the freezer.
Monday-
Breakfast: Whole Wheat Oat Pancakes with banana & Honey
Lunch: Turkey Slider with Cheese and Steak Fries
Snack: Applesauce & Banana Slices
Dinner: Shrimp Rice Noodle Stir Fry
Tuesday-
Breakfast: Egg Over Easy with Whole Wheat Toast Triangles for Dipping
Lunch: Mac, Chicken & Cheese Bites
Snack:Fruit Salad with Yogurt
Dinner: Tacos- Your Way!
Wednesday-
Breakfast: Oatmeal with Cinnamon and Raisins
Lunch: Ham & Cheese Muffins
Dinner: Fettuccine Bolognese
Thursday-
Breakfast: Breakfast Burritos
Lunch: Banana Dog Bites (I love these too!)
Dinner: Lemon Herb Chicken with Roasted Carrot Coins and Brown Rice
Friday-
Breakfast: Apple Banana Muffin
Lunch: Onion & Cheese Quesadilla with Broccoli
Snack:Cream Cheese and Jelly on Whole Wheat Toast
Dinner: Garbanzo Burgers with Sweet Potato Fries (we will be getting take out today)Feel free to switch out new things for leftovers if you have any. If I am unable to freeze leftovers I usually bring them for my lunch the following day so I don't feed Bug dinner leftovers too often...but that's just me.
Check with your pediatrician before giving your child any new foods and be sure that your child is getting the appropriate amount of calcium, protein, fruits and veggies.
This is the meal I will be following. It may not be a sufficient meal for your child. Adjust as necessary.
